Equipment / Materials

Digital Download – Crafty Witches, ‘Snowy Day Friends’ Print off required sheets
White cardstock or 2 and half 6×6 inch white card blanks
160 gsm card for printing toppers and papers out
Paper Boutiques ‘Festive Love Doily’ Die
Die Cutting Machine
Printer
Paper Trimmer – optional
Score board
Scissors
Foam Pads
Glue
Stickles Glitter Glue or other optional
Small circle for centre of flower or pearl / gem

The Method

1. I used 2 and Half x 6 inch card blanks. I used one to cut the outer mat to make the card blank by placing it about 3-4mm over the folded edge and cut out using the die cutting machine. See photo.
2.Using half of another 6×6 inch card blank so single thickness cut out the outer die.
3. Die cut 2 of the inner snowflake mats.
4. Die cut 2 of the inner circles in red.
5. Cut around the outside of the topper leaving 1-2mm white boarder showing.
6. Cut x 3 flowers out that vary in size.
7. Cut 2 petals off the large flower to make leaves.
8. Cut small red circle for centre of flower.
9. Cut the word Christmas out from the circular topper saying Christmas Wishes and mat and layer onto a piece of white cardstock.
10. Using your die cut from 1. Score in half. Fold and burnish. Place glue on the outer edge of the half folded section and place the die cut from 2. matching it to the one underneath.
11. Mat and Layer a red circle die cuts onto each of the Snowflake die cuts.
12. Take the previous cut topper from 5. Place foam pads underneath and stick on top of the red die cut in the centre of the snowflake die cut. Then attach to the top section of your card.
13. Take the other Snowflake Die cut with the red circle on and glue and stick to the base of your card.
14. Make the flowers by pinching the end of each petal between your finger and thumb and glue each flower decreasing in size as you go. Stick small red circle in the centre of your flower. Shap the ends of your 2 leaves in the same way and stick under your flower as shown in the photo.
15. Your Christmas sentiment from 9. Place foam pads behind and stick to the top of your topper. See photo
16. Optional decorate your card with stickles or similar product to finish.
