As this magical season unfolds, we witches find ourselves surrounded by the warmth of festive cheer and the sparkle of festive joy. Hubble Bubble, Toil and Trouble and the magical crew, extend our most enchanting wishes to you and your loved ones, thank you for being an essential part of our magical journey this year.

This Christmas, may your home be filled with laughter, your hearts with love, and your spirits with the magic of the season.

As we reflect on the past year, we are grateful for the magical moments we've shared with you. Your support has been the key ingredient in our creative cauldron, and we couldn't be more grateful for your loyalty and well wishes.

We know this time of year can be challenging for some. In the quiet moments, may you find the strength to navigate the challenges that may arise. Let this message serve as a reminder that, like the phases of the moon, life is a cycle of light and darkness, and you are not alone in traversing its twists and turns.

We witches will be bubbling our cauldrons at low heat this Christmas, so we will be taking a week long break in email communication - so if you notice there's not a Hocus Pocus in your inbox please don't worry (we'll soon be back). Plus if you contact our customer service email, the usual super rapid response will be a little delayed. Trouble Witch and the crew will be with you as soon as they can, but will indeed be resting as of Christmas Eve, up until the beginning of the New Year. Our incredibly small team are in need of a slight recharge!
